Shipping policy
Furniture4me aims to deliver orders safely, on time, and with clear expectations. This policy explains how delivery works. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery area
We currently offer free standard delivery to UK Mainland addresses only.
UK Mainland excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.
We do not currently offer automatic online delivery options to these excluded locations. If you would like to arrange delivery to one of these areas, please email support@furniture4me.co.uk before placing your order so we can check availability and provide a delivery quote.
Delivery cost
Standard delivery is free for eligible UK Mainland orders.
If delivery to a non-Mainland location is agreed in advance with our support team, any applicable delivery charges will be clearly confirmed in writing before you complete payment.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 pm (UK time) are usually processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm are processed on the next working day.
Typical handling and processing time is 1–3 working days.
Estimated delivery time
The estimated delivery time includes both handling and transit time:
- Handling time: 1–3 working days
- Transit time: 4–7 working days
Estimated delivery time to UK Mainland is 5–10 working days from the date your order is confirmed by email.
Delivery times may be longer during public holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, or courier delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery days
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking and updates
When an order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be included in this email.
Split deliveries
Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel due to size, weight, or packaging requirements and may be delivered on different days.
On-delivery checks and problems
Please inspect your items as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If there is visible transit damage or another issue with your delivery, contact support@furniture4me.co.uk as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) and include photos. This helps us resolve issues quickly and does not affect your statutory rights.
