At Furniture4me, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and free delivery across the United Kingdom.

Free Shipping – UK Mainland

Eligibility: Free shipping is available on all orders within the UK Mainland.
Delivery Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: 7–10 working days from the order date.
Handling Time: 1–3 working days for processing and quality checks.
Transit Time: 6–7 working days.
Delivery timelines may be extended during national or local public holidays.

Multiple Items

Where possible, all items will be shipped together. Due to size or weight variations, items may arrive in separate packages.

Upon Delivery

Inspect items immediately upon arrival.
Report any visible damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Report faulty or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Ownership and Responsibility

Ownership of items transfers to the customer once full payment is received and the item has been successfully delivered.
Risk of loss or damage during transit is covered by Furniture4me until delivery is completed.

Order Cancellations and Returns

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched. A full refund will be issued promptly.
After Dispatch: If your order has already been shipped, you may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected at our distribution centre.
