How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and follow the checkout process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment options provided through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — you can cancel or modify your order within 3 days of purchase, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the UK Mainland.
When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery time is 7–10 working days from the order date. Handling time is 1–3 working days for processing and quality checks, and transit time is typically 6–7 working days.
Which days do you deliver?
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please inspect your items upon delivery and report any visible damage within 48 hours to support@furniture4me.co.uk
so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Are there any fees for returns?
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, there is no cost to you. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Are your product images accurate?
We strive to display products as accurately as possible, but colors and materials may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Do you stock items yourself?
We operate under a dropshipping model. Our products are stored and shipped by our trusted partner Beliani, who handles fulfillment and logistics directly.

Who processes my payments?
All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment information.
